How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone's Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → find Zynta → tap Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of the billing period.

Why isn't my Apple Health data showing up?

Open the Health app → Browse → tap your profile picture → Apps → Zynta → make sure all permissions are turned on. Then return to Zynta and pull down to refresh.

How do I reset my password?

On the Zynta sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

My injection streak looks wrong. How do I fix it?

Tap the Menu tab → Injections → then tap "Log injection" or "Log dose" to add any entries you may have missed. The streak recalculates automatically.

How do I generate a Provider Report for my doctor?

Tap the Menu tab → Provider Report. Tap "Generate report" to create a PDF you can share directly from your phone. This feature requires a Pro subscription.

I'm on an oral GLP-1 (like Rybelsus). Is Zynta right for me?

Yes — Zynta fully supports oral GLP-1 medications. The app will show "Dosage" instead of "Injections" and adjust all tracking accordingly.
