These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Zynta, operated by Fortified Press LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using Zynta, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Zynta. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Zynta is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may sign in with your email address or with Sign in with Apple. We do not have access to your Apple ID password.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Free Tier
Zynta offers a free tier with access to core tracking features. No payment information is required to use the free tier.
Zynta Pro
Zynta Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features including AI-generated workout plans, Provider Reports, and advanced analytics. Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription.
Free Trial
New users may receive a free trial of Zynta Pro. The trial length is displayed at the time of sign-up. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current Pro price unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Billing
All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → Zynta.
Refunds
All refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Not Medical Advice
Zynta is a wellness tracking and organizational tool. The app, its content, and any AI-generated outputs (including workout plans, macro targets, and summaries) are provided for informational purposes only.
Nothing in Zynta should be construed as:
- Medical advice or a diagnosis
- A recommendation to start, stop, or change your GLP-1 medication or dosage
- A substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare provider
Always consult your doctor or pharmacist before making changes to your medication, diet, or exercise routine. If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
5. Your Content
You own the data you enter into Zynta — your weight logs, injection records, meal logs, and other personal health information. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the app's features to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. We are not responsible for health outcomes based on data you have entered incorrectly.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Zynta for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the app's source code
- Use the app to store or transmit malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's data
- Resell, sublicense, or commercialize access to Zynta
7. Apple HealthKit
Zynta integrates with Apple HealthKit to display health metrics on your dashboard. We access HealthKit data only with your explicit permission, and only to display it within the app. We do not write data to Apple Health, share HealthKit data with third parties, or use it for advertising purposes — consistent with Apple's HealthKit guidelines.
8. AI-Generated Content
Zynta uses AI models to generate workout plans and assist with nutrition logging. AI-generated content is intended as a helpful starting point, not a definitive prescription. You should use your own judgment and consult a fitness or healthcare professional before following any AI-generated recommendations, especially if you have injuries, medical conditions, or specific dietary needs.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Zynta is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fortified Press LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Zynta, including but not limited to health outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of the principal place of business of Fortified Press LLC, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
